ANALYTICAL - PROACTIVE - DETAIL ORIENTED
Our client in retail industry is looking for a Demand Planner to join its Supply Chain department. This is a trusted and stable company with a strong presence in the local market and a clear focus on customer service.
Responsibilities
As Demand Planner, you are responsible for the regular flow of inventory and the service level of that inventory. You continuously analyze which items and assortments require higher or lower stock or order quantities, aiming for optimal inventory levels and the highest possible product availability. Based on logistical, commercial, and operational data, you independently adjust inventory parameters. You also support the Category Management department with assortment data management and analysis. Once your suitability as Demand Planner is established, there is room to grow toward a commercial role.
Your profile

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field

At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Demand Planner or Supply Chain Planner

Proven commercial skills and strong analytical and financial insight

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, data sourcing)

Proactive attitude, with a drive to suggest and implement improvements
