For our client we are looking for an Account Manager to serve as the main point of contact for a client portfolio of approximately eight accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing annual account plans that address each client’s marketing and sales objectives.

Our client is a leading player in the Caribbean in the field of customer loyalty and marketing solutions. The company has a broad partner network and aims to strengthen customer relationships through innovative programs and services.


What will you do?

You will join a Sales team of six colleagues located across various Caribbean islands. In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing team, who will support you in developing targeted marketing campaigns for your client portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the accounts of partners in Curaçao and Bonaire, maintaining proactive and consistent communication. You understand their challenges, anticipate their needs, and safeguard their interests.
  • Providing partners with periodic performance reports and offering meaningful insights into customer behavior.
  • Identifying and acquiring new partners to expand the client base.
  • Motivating and training client personnel to strengthen their knowledge of products and services.


Who are you?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Economics, Marketing, or equivalent practical experience
  • Proven work experience as an account manager with affinity for marketing and relationship management
  • Flexibility to travel between Bonaire and Curacao
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, Papiamentu is an advantage.
