Application Manager

For one of our clients, a leading company specializing in alcoholic beverages and consumer goods, we are currently seeking an Application Manager. In this role, you manage, optimize and maintain key business applications, ensuring continuity seamless integration and functionality across departments.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the daily management of business applications, including performing updates and maintenance tasks.
• Providing technical support to end users, troubleshooting issues, and delivering training as needed.
• Ensuring seamless integration of applications within the existing IT infrastructure.
• Analyzing and improving the performance and functionality of applications.
• Implementing and monitoring security protocols to protect data integrity and safety.
• Assisting in the selection, implementation, and evaluation of new applications and systems.
• Utilizing data analysis tools to identify trends and gain valuable business insights.
• Developing reports and dashboards to present findings clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.

Profile

The ideal candidate is analytically strong and proactive. You have a strong affinity for IT and technology with the ability to quickly understand and solve complex problems. You are both a team player and capable of working independently, making sound decisions to support the organization’s goals. You will be supervising the day-to-day operations of critical business applications to ensure seamless functionality.

You have the following qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, data science or a relevant field.
• Experience managing ERP systems and other business applications.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructures and system integrations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to collect, organize, and process complex information, simplifying it for various stakeholders.
• Experience with project management methodologies is an advantage.
