Cargo Operations Agent

For one of our clients in the aviation industry we are looking for a Cargo Operations Agent who is dedicated and detail-oriented to join the dynamic routing department.

Description

In this role you register flights internally and with customs according to regulations. Furthermore, you prepare and correct transport documentation and shipment calculations of various airlines and process this information in different computer systems. You are a part of the Routing department, and you report directly to Operations Supervisor. Further responsibilities:

• Use reservation systems to assess weight and volume for optimal cargo space utilization.
• Ensure special cargo is given specific treatment, such as freeze cargo.
• Manifest outbound and transit shipments and coordinate with flight operations.
• Ensure accurate administrative and operational processing of cargo.

Our client is looking for candidates with

• High school diploma SBO
• Strong computer skills
• Commercial and service-oriented attitude
• Clear communication in word and writing in English
• Professional
• Flexible working hours
