Costumer Experience Manager

On behalf of Victoria Secret, a leading retail organization, we are recruiting a driven Costumer Experience Manager.
In this role, you will serve on the Sales Leadership Team and play an active part in shaping total store success. You will spend most of your time on the sales floor, leading by example and demonstrating strong customer sales leadership behaviors. You will ensure that all selling and support activities are aligned to deliver seamless and elevated customer experience.

Your responsibilities:
• Foster a customer-centric culture by leading from the sales floor, driving sales performance and delivering exceptional customer experience while demonstrating strong costumer service.
• Serve as part of the Sales Leadership Team, owning results for assigned category and contributing to total store performance
• Develop and execute SMART action plans, visual merchandising strategies to maximize sales potential and optimize category performance
• Coach, train, and develop associates through feedback, product knowledge sharing, and reinforcement of selling behaviors and brand standards
• Support overall store operations including customer relations, labor planning, safety, maintenance, and loss prevention to ensure a high-performing and secure environment.

Qualifications:
• Previous retail leadership experience in high-volume environments.
• Strong people leadership skills, including coaching, developing, and managing performance, with effective communication and delegation across all levels of the organization.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong visual merchandising skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
