Profile
In the position of Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for efficiently managing purchase and sales orders, coordinating with customers and suppliers globally, and ensuring smooth operations in our logistics processes.

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Process purchase and sales orders and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Prepare invoices and shipping documents.
  • Coordinate with customers worldwide to address inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Liaise with suppliers, forwarders, and warehouses globally to coordinate shipments.
  • Assist in monthly and quarterly operational and financial closings.
  • Verify supplier and logistic invoices for accuracy.

Requirements

  • Minimum of an MBO-4 Degree, preferably in transport & logistics or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of international experience in a similar position.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications.
