Profile

As a Data/Business Specialist, your role is pivotal in evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, and uncovering areas for improvement. You'll oversee and manage the Information Technology department to ensure the seamless integration and optimization of the IT infrastructure. Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

Application Software Management:

• Supervising the day-to-day operations of critical business applications to ensure seamless functionality.
• Leading the life cycle management of various business applications, from selection to implementation and maintenance.
• Providing hands-on user support, and promptly troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime.
• Developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to ensure users possess the necessary skills.
• Driving the seamless integration of the IT infrastructure, optimizing performance and functionality.
• Implementing robust security protocols to safeguard sensitive data and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Staying ahead of the curve by monitoring the latest trends and technologies and collaborating to implement cutting-edge strategies.

Business Analytics:

• Harnessing data from diverse sources, meticulously ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Utilizing advanced tools and techniques to conduct in-depth data analysis, identifying trends and patterns.

Requirements
