Data Marketeer

For our client we are looking for a fulltime Data Marketeer with a passion for understanding customer behaviour and turning data into actionable insights to shape marketing campaigns.

Our client is a leading player in the Caribbean in the field of customer loyalty and marketing solutions. The company has a broad partner network and aims to strengthen customer relationships through innovative programs and services.

What will you do?
You will join a dynamic Marketing team, working alongside 9 passionate professionals — from all-round marketeers to social media and event experts. In this role, you are the key player in transforming raw data into strategic insights that guide marketing campaigns and business growth. Your responsibilities include:

• Collecting, analysing and interpreting customer data to provide insights that optimize marketing campaigns and support partners’ business growth
• Collaborating with the DevOps team to develop dashboards and clear reports that translate complex data into understandable, actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders
• Designing and executing research methods — such as surveys, focus groups — to investigate trends and challenges for partners
• Coordinating and executing marketing campaigns for the company’s largest and most strategic partners

Who are you?
You like to dive deep into data, to find the insights needed for a successful campaign. You blend analytical thinking with hands-on execution, and you can convince and engage others with your insights. Furthermore:

• A completed bachelor's degree (minimum HBO level).
• Work experience in online marketing (around 5 to 7 years)
• Experience with CRM systems, databases and analytical tools
• Basic knowledge of PowerBI is a plus
• Fluent in Dutch and English, Papiamentu is an advantage
