Digital Product Manager ABC

Job Description

The Digital Product Manager ABC will be responsible for the revenue growth in the mobile business in Aruba, Bonaire and Curacao.
You will stimulate customers to increase usage via new propositions, promotion and pricing adjustments

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform in-depth statistical analysis, interpret results, and make commercial recommendations where the evaluation shows trends, detrimental impact to or opportunities for the business
  • Develop and present new pricing structures and promotions including business cases ready for analysis and decision making by the Senior Management team and Group Commercial Team
  • Continuous alignment with local Product Delivery team
  • Responsible for the launch of new propositions into the market (Briefing towards organization, training of customer facing staff, completion of FAQ, marketing briefing, L&R, reporting set up)
  • Lead analysis of customer base movements and usage developments in conjunction with reporting team
  • Responsible for the roll out and execution of the new segmentation tool
  • Analyze financial reports from the Commercial Point of View
  • Commercial budget preparation, rolling financial forecasts regarding the various KPI’s driving revenue (Voice, Data, other products)
  • Work with ABC commercial team to get more customer insights to define new commercial initiatives
  • Look for new business opportunities
  • Perform market and competition analysis regularly
  • Build solid relationships with key internal stakeholders: Across Aruba, Bonaire and Curacao and at Group level

Job Requirements

Qualifications and experience required for job:

  • 5-8 years relevant experience in the telecommunications industry
  • Proven commercial work experience with a mathematical content
  • Proven experience building/managing a budget
  • High skilled user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Functional Skills:

  • Strong Mathematical/Financial and analytical skills, evidence of using: MS Excel & Power point
  • Effective communication skills, including the ability to articulate progress, issues and recommendations in a concise summarized manner
  • “Can-do”, positive attitude with a mind to always quantifying what their contribution to the work is worth
  • Superb attention to detail, strong analytical skills and the ability to deliver results to tight deadlines in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Ability to work in a team environment and on own initiative with the desire to learn new skills
  • Able to communicate on various levels in the organization including senior level
  • Office computing skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Able to work out-of-hours
