Job description

As the Division Marketing Manager, you will lead the development, implementation, and execution of strategic marketing plans for our organization and the brands we represent. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing and coordinating marketing and creative staff, conducting market research, engaging with media organizations, and advertising agencies, and collaborating with company executives to determine budgets and targets.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services;
  • Lead the development of the marketing strategy in line with company objectives;
  • Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns;
  • Conduct and lead market/product research;
  • Manage the company’s marketing budget;
  • Create marketing material aligned with plans;
  • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns;
  • Monitor and report on marketing effectiveness;
  • Analyze competitor products and activities;
  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and partners;
  • Ensure consistent corporate image across all materials and events;
  • Direct product research and development.


You are a dynamic leader with a talent for guiding teams towards goals and maintaining business relationships.   • Degree in commercial, business or related field;
  • Extensive experience in a marketing management position;
  • Experience in marketing (fast moving) consumer goods;
  • Comfortable with numbers, metrics, statistics, and spreadsheets;
  • Highly creative with out-of-the-box thinking;
  • Drive for results and leadership skills;
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach;
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Fluent in Papiamentu, English, and Dutch.
