For one of our clients in the facility services sector we are currently looking for a Finance Manager. They specialize in offering different facilities and pest control services for several organizations in Curaçao.
Position
As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial information and overseeing and implementing all financial and administrative functions for the business. You will report to the Regional Finance Director and support the General Manager by preparing summary reports.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for the Curaçao business.
- Manage the preparation of monthly management accounts and forecasts, and analyze variances with the General Manager.
- Oversee all financial departments, including invoicing and collections, and general accounting.
- Implement and maintain internal controls in accordance with the 26 Key Controls.
- Provide timely and relevant management information to the Regional Finance Director and General Manager.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and assist in the analysis and preparation of improvement plans.
- Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements regarding tax payments and account filings.
- Support the General Manager in preparing the monthly performance review pack, including profit and loss accounts, cash flow, and variance analysis.
- Lead the pricing committee and ensure pricing is supported by a solid understanding of the cost base.

You have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a similar.
- Experience in a management role or a similar position.
- Knowledge and experience of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Proficient in English, Dutch and Papiamentu.
- Leadership experience with responsibilities for multiple teams.
- Ability to read and interpret financial and accounting reports.
- Strong presentation and communication skills (written, verbal, and non-verbal).
