HOSPITALITY MINDED – RESPONSIBLE – PROACTIVE

On behalf of our client, a growing and dynamic organization with around 70 employees, we are looking for a hospitality-oriented Floor Manager to structure and develop the team operations. You will report directly to the Purchasing Manager.


Responsibilities

In this role you are responsible for managing all personnel working during a shift, approx. 20-25 people. You work together with 2 Floor Supervisors. Main responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide floor staff during shifts, promoting discipline and hospitality service
  • Oversee inventory of kitchen and bar, monitor the POS system (Lightspeed), track stock for drinks, kitchen and cleaning supplies and report needs to Purchasing Manager
  • Handle customer-related issues and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Manage sick leave, vacation requests and scheduling of personnel.


Your Profile

  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in hospitality industry
  • Skilled in roster planning, and inventory management
  • Strong service-minded attitude
  • Fluency in Papiamentu required, English and Spanish are a plus
  • Flexible availability, including evening shifts
