HR Advisor

Position
For one of our clients in the financial sector, we are looking for a strategic and people-focused HR Advisor in Curaçao. As an HR Advisor, you’ll collaborate closely with management, providing essential guidance and support on HR-related topics to help drive organizational growth and success. In this business partner role, you’ll facilitate HR processes and provide expert advice to align people management strategies with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the overall People Strategy by identifying business needs and implementing effective HR policies and procedures.
• Lead training, development, and workforce planning efforts to align with the company's business goals and budget.
• Advise management on talent acquisition and employee development, while supporting leaders in applying HR solutions within their teams.
• Manage and participate in HR projects, ensuring successful delivery, budget control, and key results.
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends and improvement opportunities, supporting informed decision-making.
• Act as a trusted advisor to employees, ensuring continuous improvement in HR service quality and enhancing the overall employee experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in HRM, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Solid knowledge of HRM practices, organizational development, change management, HR systems, and labor laws, talent management and recruitment process.
• Strong strategic thinker with a focus on innovative HR solutions and best practices.
• Fluent in English, Dutch, and Papiamento (written and verbal)
