ANALYTICAL – COLLABORATOR - ORGANIZATIONAL ABILITY

Profile

In the role of Junior Manager Audit, your primary focus will be guiding the implementation of audits, compiling financial statements, and overseeing administrative services provided by our teams. You will offer valuable advice, monitor team budgets, contribute to office practice development, and serve as a key contact for both clients and internal staff. Your primary responsibilities will involve coaching and organizational duties to ensure the efficient operation of our accountancy services.

Your tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Lead audit, compilation, and assurance assignments, including planning, execution oversight, budget monitoring, and client interactions.
  • Verify records prepared by the team and ensure accuracy in declarations, correspondence, and draft reports.
  • Conduct final discussions with clients alongside Senior Managers and Partners.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of key legislation and regulations and transfer this knowledge to others.
  • Actively promote advisory work for clients, providing valuable insights and advice on administrative organization, automation issues, financing, and more
  • Collaborate with Partners to enhance overall service offerings to clients.
  • Provide comprehensive training and guidance to team members, offering timely feedback, conducting evaluations, and verifying their work.
  • Perform supporting tasks for Partners and assist in acquisition conversations with both existing and potential clients.
  • Drive internal practice development initiatives, striving for continuous quality improvement of service and internal processes.
  • Develop and expand external networks to foster growth opportunities for the firm.

Requirements

  • Completed bachelor’s degree in accountancy, Business Economics, or a related field.
  • Completed theory: RA, AA, or equivalent (in progress)
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience as a Senior Assistant
  • In-depth knowledge of key legislation and regulations and the ability to transfer this knowledge to others.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical skills and a dedication to accuracy, showing a commitment to quality and delivering results.
  • Shows excellent organizational skills and a client-centric approach, alongside exceptional verbal, and written communication abilities.
