Marketing Specialist

Our client is a leading player in the Caribbean in the field of customer loyalty and marketing solutions. The company has a broad partner network and aims to strengthen customer relationships through innovative programs and services.

What will you do?
You will join a dynamic Marketing team, working alongside 9 passionate professionals — from data marketeers to creative and event experts. As the Marketing Specialist within this team, you play a key role in conceptualizing and implementing communication concepts and marketing campaigns for a variety of partners (such as retailers, pharmacies, and travel agencies). With such a diverse range of partners and campaigns, you should be comfortable managing multiple tasks under pressure. Further responsibilities:

• Analyze campaign performance metrics to provide actionable insights and evaluate the effectiveness of the campaigns;
• Manage content planning and create compelling content for regular newsletters, direct e-mail communication, social media captions and press releases to media;
• Translate marketing copy for advertisements, website content and radio commercials;
• Monitoring media coverage and compiling PR performance reports (with support of PR bureau).

Who are you?
We are looking for a natural storyteller with strong writing skills and creative insight. You combine an analytical mindset with a flair for concepts and content.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field with 3-5 years of experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Fluent in Dutch and English, Papiamentu is an advantage
• Able to withstand the pressures of handling varied tasks at the same time and meeting deadlines.
• Knowledge of market research techniques.
• Thorough knowledge of social media and web analytics.
