Merchandise Flow Supervisor

On behalf of Victoria's Secret, a leading international retail organization, we are recruiting a driven Merchandise Flow Supervisor.

In this role, you will be a key member of the Sales Leadership Team, driving operational excellence through efficient merchandise flow and inventory management. You will oversee merchandise processing, replenishment, and stockroom organization while ensuring the sales floor remains fully stocked and visually appealing. Working closely with the leadership team, you will lead and develop associates, uphold brand presentation standards, and contribute to an exceptional customer experience by ensuring product availability and seamless store operations.

Your responsibilities:
• Coordinate with the logistics team to receive incoming merchandise.
• Prepare products for the Visual Merchandising Supervisor.
• Organize merchandise according to company standards.
• Ensure products are available for the sales floor in a timely manner.
• Verify deliveries, identify missing items, and report inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor inventory, including beauty products with expiration dates, to ensure only suitable products are available for customers.
• Support opening store operations and maintain an organized stockroom.

Qualifications:
• Strong skills in managing time, setting priorities, and staying organized.
• Good at communicating with team leaders and other staff.
• Able to observe work and give helpful feedback.
• Has experience as a supervisor, especially in retail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
