About the Role
As an Optometrist - Store Manager, you will be responsible for conducting thorough eye exams, diagnosing vision conditions, and prescribing corrective lenses. You will supervise and work closely with a dedicated team committed to providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the best possible outcomes for all individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive eye exams and assess vision health.
• Prescribe eyeglasses and contact lenses to correct vision impairments.
• Diagnose and manage eye conditions, referring patients as needed.
• Educate patients on eye care and preventive measures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Stay updated on advancements in optometry and eye care technology.

Profile:

• A minimum of 3 years experience in optometry.
• Experience with contact lenses is a plus.
• Strong diagnostic, customer service, and leadership skills.
• Relevant coaching or management experience.
