Job Description

The Sales Business Manager will manage and develop a sales team, establishing robust action plans to ensure we are achieving sales and pricing targets. This person will ensure objectives with sales volumes, market share and financial targets through an effective management of resources.


  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls;
  • Meeting planned sales goals and objectives;
  • Define strategic plans to ensure the achievement of volume and objectives, guaranteeing the continuity and improvement of the business profitability;
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary;
  • Promoting the organization and products with the different stakeholders;
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our product;
  • Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial/Commercial Engineering, Marketing, Sales Management or Finance.
  • 4+ years of experience in Sales, Commercial or any similar positions.
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • Experience managing and directing a sales team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dedication to providing great customer service.
  • Ability to lead a sales team.
