For one of our locally well-known clients, we are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to strengthen the brands local presence in Curaçao.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building strong professional relationships with local distributors, retailers, and trade partners, focusing on business development and providing tailor-made solutions. You will be part of a Sales & Marketing Team, consisting of around 5 people.

Responsibilities

  • Actively identify opportunities to grow market share.
  • Prepare annual Sales/Account budget and plan proposal.
  • Represent the company at brand events as required.
  • Provide training, product knowledge, and brand support for trade partners and frontline staff.
  • Prepare sales meetings with supporting reports and performance analysis for management.

Who you are

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or trade marketing (preferably in FMCG industry).
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Talent for identifying opportunities and act on them confidently
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Fluency in English and Dutch; Proficiency in Papiamentu and Spanish is highly regarded.
