Profile
As a Senior Assistant Accountant, your primary focus will be on conducting audits, alongside executing compilations, preparing declarations, and offering advisory services. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in budget management and ensuring the timely completion of tasks. In your position, you will report to the Managers and/or Partners while also guiding Assistant Accountants. Your tasks will include:
- Ensure tasks are completed within budget and timeline constraints, coordinating, and prioritizing to optimize efficiency.
- Review Assistant Accountants' records for accuracy.
- Compile financial statements according to standards and respond to client queries with clarity.
- Manage engagement files for smooth operations, assisting in performance maintenance within budget parameters.
- Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries, ensuring timely submission for review.
- Assess client financial responsibility and investigate adjustments for efficiency.
- Identify client needs and collaborate with Managers for solutions.
- Provide guidance and training to Assistant Accountants for skill development.
Requirements
- Completed bachelor’s degree in accountancy, Business Economics, or a related field.
- Pursuing certification as RA, AA, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience as an Assistant Accountant
- Strong accurate and analytical skills
- A client-oriented approach coupled with well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
- Driven by a commitment to quality and achieving results.
- Proficient in coaching and fostering teamwork.
