On behalf of Victoria Secret, a leading retail organization, we are recruiting a driven Store Manager to lead store operations, improve sales performance, and deliver excellent customer experience.
In this role you will create a customer-focused store culture, lead and support the Sales Leadership Team, and help drive sales growth, customer loyalty, and strong brand standards. This role also involves monitoring store performance, putting action plans in place, and handling customer concerns in a professional and effective manner.
Your responsibilities:
• Coaching and mentoring leaders to maximize individual and team performance.
• Building strong communication channels across all levels of the business.
• Partnering with the District Manager to establish and achieve performance goals and objectives.
• Communicating company updates, priorities, and initiatives clearly and consistently.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle for direct reports, including onboarding, performance management, employee retention, career development, succession planning, and recognition initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Previous retail management experience required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and manage employee performance.
• Demonstrated success in improving customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.
• Excellent visual merchandising experience and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
