The following positions are in St. Maarten and are available for St.Maarten locals or those willing to move to St.Maarten.

Workshop Floor Manager (Supervisor) / Production Manager (Supervisor)

The Floor/Production Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the Production in the Metalworking department.
He/she will ensure time management, safety, efficiency, and profitability of the department.
The candidate should be able to read and (ideally) create technical drawings and should be comfortable in imperial and metric measurement systems.

Strong theoretical knowledge and min 5-10 years of experience in:

  • Welding of Non-Ferrous Alloy Metals using M.I.G (Metallic Inert Gas) and T.I.G (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding.
  • Bronze Braising, Silver Soldering, and Standard Arc Welding
  • Use of Plasma Cutting and Oxy acetylene cutting tools


The ideal candidate must be able to:

  • Operate Lathes and CNC Milling machine turning out parts to exact specifications working mainly in Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Delrin and at times Carbon Steel.
  • Thread and tap to all specifications such as NPT, BSP, BSPT, etc;
  • Handle general maintenance as well as dismantle the equipment for repair, replace parts as needed, and re-assemble accordingly;

The candidate would preferably have a background in mechanical engineering but must at least have knowledge of CNC programming and material properties and a minimum of 5 years experience.

Head of Customer Service
Working alongside the Customer Service team and the Sales and Project Manager, The Technical Sales and Customer Service Manager is the main internal point of contact for all walk-in clients that visit the shop as well as those that may call or contact via email or social media.

The head of customer service's main activities will be:

  • Selling and advising the customers
  • Product sourcing, providing estimates and quotes
  • Document and understand clients’ requests and accurately passing them on to the right departments


  • Able to read and understand basics drawings, sketches in both Metric and Imperial
  • Computer Literate and Proficient with an ERP or Inventory Management Software
  • Multiple Languages would be an asset (French in particular)
  • Some form of Technical Education/background, Engineering

Project Manager – Yachting/Commercial/Industrial

The project manager will be focusing on the yachting sector, small sail, power boats, and mega yachts as well as on the commercial and industrial sector. He/she will be responsible for bringing in business by attending to sales leads. The goal of the Project manager will be to win as many jobs as possible from each client.

Responsibilities of the project manager:

  • Timely completion of all jobs
  • Quality of work up to standard
  • High client satisfaction
  • Final invoicing and payment are followed up on

The following qualities will be critical for success:

  • Excellent Facilitation and Collaboration Skills
  • Problem solver and resourceful


  • Technical background in marine/yachting sector
  • Understanding/experience of systems and their design, hardware, hydraulic electrical and electronic equipment, sailing hardware, generators, engines, PTO’s, deck hardware, winches, etc.
  • Must have small boat handling skills
