Visual Merchandising Supervisor

On behalf of one of our leading clients in the retail sector, we are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandising Supervisor
Are you passionate about retail aesthetics, brand presentation, and creating inspiring store environments? Do you have a strong eye for detail and experience working with product presentation in line with brand standards? Then this could be your next opportunity.

As a Visual Merchandising Supervisor, you are responsible for the overall aesthetic store. You ensure that products are presented in a way that reflects the brand image and enhances customer experience.
You will work closely with store teams to maintain a visually compelling and commercially effective shopping environment, ensuring that merchandise is both well presented and available on the floor.

Your responsibilities:
• Dressing and styling mannequins according to brand guidelines
• Ensuring all visual merchandising displays are aligned with brand standards
• Coordinating and sending artwork for production
• Monitoring and supporting availability of merchandise on the sales floor
• Maintaining a consistent and elevated store presentation
• Collaborating with store leadership and operational teams

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in visual merchandising or retail presentation roles
• Strong understanding of brand standards and product styling
• Creative eye with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work structured and commercially driven
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Hands-on approach and comfortable working in a dynamic retail environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
